The Rundown: The truth is revealed as the killer confesses his crime.

Kutter and Moon have brought the multiverse killer to Powers Division and everyone waits to hear the man’s story as he recounts to them how he is not only the killer, but also the victim. At the same time, Pilgrim confronts Gates at Legacy Star to reveal to the man that his experiments and his lab are being shut down and she has the power to do so.
As the killer recounts who he is and what he discovered before deciding to make the people at the poker game pay, Pilgrim and Gates discover that those on the other side of his multiverse experiment are not happy with what is being done and decide to end the experiment on their own terms as Kutter and Moon close their first case together as partners.
The Story: Bendis brings this arc to a satisfying and entertaining conclusion. There are some great character moments as well as twists and turns that I truly enjoyed both as a reader and fan of this world. I like Kutter and Moon as a team and I love that the story dives head first into the world of Powers while expanding it and the characters. I think this story is truly unique and I cannot wait to return to this world again.
The Art: Michael Avon Oeming delivers stunning art throughout this issue. Everything from the character expressions to the environments is visually amazing.
