The Rundown: Collins gets help with his investigation as the killer claims another victim.

Collins stands over the body found in the snow and meets with his Russian counterpart Sonia Fiodrow. As they discuss the body and what happened, they enter into an uneasy partnership that both are aware has some potentially dangerous political motivations attached to it. Sonia invites Collins to meet with a potential witness as he goes to his people to arrange for the body to be moved.
After meeting with the young girl and potential witness, neither investigator are aware that they are being watched and that the watched will become the next victim of the killer. As their investigation continues, neither Collins nor Sonia are aware of just how dangerous the person they are tracking actually is or how close.
The Story: Kudranski continues to deliver an engaging and interesting thriller in this follow up issue. I love the characters a lot and the remote setting adds to the tension and suspense throughout the story. I love the growing political tension as well and how it informs the character actions and motivations. I am also really engaged in the mystery and who this killer really is.
The Art: Kudranski creates some beautifully detailed and visually thrilling art throughout the issue.
