The beloved nanny from PL Travers bestselling children’s book Mary Poppins returns to the big screen this year just in time for the holidays.

There have been 9 Mary Poppins books published over the years, including the original 1934 story and Disney is bringing back the magical nanny for a new generation. “Mary Poppins Returns” is drawn from the other amazing stories by Travers and takes place in depression-era London. Twenty-four years after the original story, Poppins returns to help the now adult Banks children and Michael’s children after a personal loss.
