The Rundown: Torsten plans a final encounter with Huck that will end him once and for all.

The baby’s powers manifest and takes out Torsten’s satellite in orbit. As Huck and Zoe escape in the confusion, Torsten devises a plan to bring Huck to him by using the only other surviving super powered person. On the run, Huck is visited in his sleep by the woman who gave his mother and others their powers and the two of them come up with a plan to help.

After arriving at their destination, Huck breaks in to find the woman he was trying to help chained to a device that will kill them all instantly. When Torsten appears on screen to gloat, Huck springs a trap of his own. One that will not only help Torsten, but could help the rest of the world as well.

The Story: Millar brings this story to an engaging and often surprising conclusion. I really appreciate not knowing where the story was going and being taken aback by the choices being made and the turns the story takes. There is some wonderful suspense and tension throughout the story and the revelations made in the story make me appreciate everything I enjoy about this world and its characters.

The Art: Albuquerque delivers stunning art throughout the issue. The character designs are amazing and the pages and panels are beautifully detailed.
