Harley Quinn is still trying to save her building from a greedy developer who wants to throw her friends out on the street. After taking out Lord Death Man again, she finds herself taking him down again. Unfortunately, Death Man is more resilient than she thought and he manages to escape.

With time running out and the wolves at the door, Harley embarks on a scheme that will take the mark out once and for all and it requires a level of ridiculous that is a testament to the beauty of sequential art and requires a truly twisted brain to dream up. What makes matters worse is that the reveal of who put the bounty on Death Man’s head is even more absurd than the lengths Harley will go to fulfill the contract.

Sam Humphries tells a really interesting and fun story with this issue and I really enjoyed how everything wrapped up. Even the twist at the end of the issue was well done and fun. Humphries does a great job of incorporating big action and humor in this issue and even the B story with Tina was paced well to add something fun to the overall story.

Borges has some great art in this issue and I especially loved the composition of the panels as well as the details in the art.
