The Rundown: Milton takes a desperate chance at escape but it doesn’t go smoothly.

With few options and a mission to complete, Milton takes down a single soldier in order to escape. Unfortunately, this isn’t a quiet kill and the others learn of his location and move in. What follows is a race through a hail of bullets as he tries to make his way to the bridge.
Things get more complicated when he discovers he’s in the wrong location right before he is confronted by a dangerous enemy soldier with murder in his eyes. With time running out and severely injured, Milton must find a way to make it to his objection in an increasingly hostile environment.
The Story: Remender crafts a story filled with tension and suspense from start to finish. I loved every moment of this story and how thrilling the danger and chase were throughout the story. Milton’s inner monologue put you right into the suspense with him as you felt every blow and moment of pain as events continued to spiral. I cannot wait to see what happens in the next issue.
The Art: Acuna delivers dark, thrilling art throughout the issue. I love the visual style of the series and how beautifully detailed the pages and panels are.
