Steven Soderbergh (Oceans 11, Logan Lucky) directs a new psychological thriller starring Claire Foy as a woman who is involuntarily committed to a mental institution only to discover that her greatest fear might be trapped with her. The first trailer for the film has been released and it is thrilling to look at. What is even more interesting is the fact that the entire film was shot using an iPhone.

Unsane also stars Joshua Leonard, Jay Pharoah, Juno Temple, Aimee Mullins and Amy Irving. It will have its debut at the Berlin International Film Festival and will be released in theaters March 23, 2018.
