The Rundown: The island is under attack and Mark might be the only one who can stop it.

Mark and his daughter return to the church just in time to be threatened by men who believe Mark is responsible for bringing back the curse that plagued the town. When the men leave and Brynmore emerges along with Becca, they all but confirm that he has.

With the undead rising from the sea, the townspeople find themselves either running for their lives or being dragged out to sea themselves. Their one chance at stopping the carnage lies in Mark being able to restore Brynmore’s powers.

The Story: A dark, engaging and thrilling story from Niles. The issue has some great character moments and rising suspense that kept me on the edge of my seat. I love the tone of the story and how it transitions between the horror elements and the more suspenseful ones. Everything comes together for a great cliffhanger ending that makes me excited to see how it all ends.

The Art: Worm offers some fantastic art in the issue. The visuals are thrilling and the horror elements have some fantastic imagery.
