Terrible Lizards, the first-person horror platformer with buried secrets from the minds behind the popular JT Music YouTube channel’s new game studio WDR Studios, escapes from Jurassic horrors today on PC via Steam and XBOX PC, XBOX Series X|S (also available on XBOX Game Pass), and PlayStation 5.

Stranded and alone on Route 66, the only place Jordan sees in the distance is Dalton’s Dinos, a tourist trap that’s seen better days. Clearly deserted, without a soul for miles, his options are limited. Sure, the place seems creepy, and the rundown mascots and dinosaurs on display seem…odd…but what’s the worst that could happen? They certainly won’t come to life, right?

Well, damn. Good news: Jordan’s time on the UCLA track team and studying parkour means that he can deftly escape from the very-much-living creatures chasing him down. The bad news is that there are worse and somehow even stranger things in…and under…Dalton’s Dinos that shouldn’t be discovered.

Use acrobatics and stealth to stay alive in a survival adventure full of reanimated dinosaur exhibits, and enigmatic apex predators. Stay sharp! Dangers always lurk in the shadows as Jordan runs, jumps, climbs, and hides to escape the jaws of danger. Learn to improvise to cross difficult paths and unlock heavily fortified locations to improve the odds of surviving.

Explore the dig site beneath Dalton’s Dinos to unearth deeper mysteries. What happened to Dalton, its mysterious benefactor, his wife Elena, and their son, Dalton Jr.? The answers lie in the depths of the debut title from the minds behind JT Music, who have made musical tributes to their favorite games, and are now crafting their own original horror experience.

“Christian and I at JT Music are massive horror fans, and as we came up for ideas for songs for our channels inspired by games, we always wondered what it would be like to make our own horror game, and how we would approach things,” said John Gelardi, co-founder of WDR Studios and JT Music, and Producer and Designer on Terrible Lizards. “Ideas kept percolating, we finally took the plunge, and assembled a team to make the kind of game that we hope inspires people to make their own music and games themselves.”

Terrible Lizards is available now on PC via Steam and XBOX PC, XBOX Series X|S (also available on XBOX Game Pass), and PlayStation 5 for $24.99 with a launch discount. The game supports English language text and voiceover, with, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Brazilian Portuguese, Russian, and Simplified Chinese interface and text.
