The Rundown: Abe’s mission to help the human girl will bring him face to face with the history of the man he’s designed to look like.

Abe continues his trek outside the city looking for the human girl he has been trying to help. After surviving a sand storm, he finds himself in an abandoned building with a dangerous creature.
After escaping the creature, he is found by another mechanical monstrosity that injects itself into his mind and has him reliving the life of the real Abe Lincoln. A life he fights against as the creature decides what to do with him and he is saved by the young human who is not there as a friend.
The Story: The Rosenberg’s create a thrilling adventure in this issue. There are moments of fun throughout, but also an impending sense of danger and doom that kept me engaged in the adventures of a robot that seemingly knows nothing of the world it inhabits. I like the steady realization Abe continues to have and look forward to seeing what he experiences next.
The Art: Macdonald creates some beautifully detailed and visually exciting art throughout the issue. I really like the dream sequence and how it was drawn.
