The Rundown: Worlds come together as forces and plans reveal long hidden secrets.

An Autobot confronts a human in the desert when he discovers the human has energon. The human named Clutch manages to bring down Hound but the two decide to work together and he brings him to an old friend named Matt Tracker. The three are later attacked by a Decepticon, but stop it while Flagg brings Optimus Prime to a secret location to show him two of his fallen comrades.

Flagg confronts one of his underlings named Miles Mayhem who has been working on a secret project that eventually gets him arrested. Unfortunately, Mayhem manages to escape from custody and Tracker is tracked down to get his help. An act that will expose Tracker to another attack and convince him that he needs to stop hiding.

The Story: Williamson and Kirkman do an awesome job of integrating the world of M.A.S.K. into the energon universe by delivering a great story and interesting characters. The story does a great job of expanding the universe while also giving the reader the conflict they expect from these characters and the circumstances they find themselves in. I liked the tension throughout the story as well as the awesome action throughout the issue.

The Art: Milana and Mora deliver stunning visuals throughout the issue. I love the visual style of the issue and how both artist’s styles complement each other.
