The Rundown: Daniel and Clara try one last time to save their friend Edward.
Daniel and Clara continue to visit Edward, but there is no indication that he will ever be cured. Daniel begins getting strange phone calls connected to Edward and a series of nightmares that end with a strange visitor bringing him a letter from his friend.
In the wake of all the strange occurrences, the couple decides to finally end this nightmare once and for all. After finding out about more death connected to Edward and his wife, Daniel and Clara work together to end the threat once and for all.
The Story: Birks brings this story to a dark, satisfying conclusion. The story was filled with intrigue and emotional depth as the characters navigate the growing horrors around them. The story is beautifully dark and engaging throughout and I love the world of it as well as the characters. I would love to revisit this world again.
The Art: Roberts crafts some beautifully detailed and visually exciting art throughout the issue. I love the visual horror elements in the story and how they are brought to life.
