The Rundown: Pilgrim returns to the field as pressure begins to grow on the Powers Division.

Enki and Pilgrim watch as Archie Gates is brought in by Kutter and her new partner. As they bring him to the interrogation room, Enki is worried about her career and their division as they begin to put the pieces together regarding why someone as powerful as Gates would allow himself to be brought into the Powers Division.

Deena decides to accompany Moon to see the owner of the building the victim was found in while Kutter stalls for time when Gates’ attorneys arrive. As they look for clues at the crime scene, the scenario Deena introduced to the group begins to come into focus.

The Story: Bendis creates great drama throughout this issue. I really am starting to love these characters and their interactions. There is great tension throughout the story as revelations are made and fears confirmed. I found myself invested in this story, its characters and what could possibly happen to the Powers Division going forward.

The Art: Oeming creates some beautiful art throughout the issue. I love the visual style and the characters designs a lot.
