The Rundown: Lucky continues to consolidate power in Pet City, but danger is still lurking for them all.

With Lucky now in charge of Pet City, the remaining cats find themselves facing the same food issue that the previous leader created and Elsie and the others are not happy about it. The kittens openly rebel against it and Lucky leaves to find an alternative only to discover a dark secret within the kitchen.
Some of the original Pet City cats complain about Lucky’s leadership before discovering that one of the bad kind survived and it stalking the building. Elsie tries to convince Lord to leave with her, but their previous tension causes an issue. One that is heightened when Lucky discovers her plan and tries to stop her only to learn a truth he wasn’t expecting.
The Story: Fleecs crafts an entertaining story in this issue. There is great tension throughout the story and the characters continue to be interesting and engaging. The circumstances the characters face are intriguing as the danger from the outside still looms and the new power dynamics create more danger inside. I like seeing the characters navigate the world of this story and look forward to seeing what happens next.
The Art: Forstner and Rodriguez create beautifully detailed art throughout the issue. I continue to love the visual style and how it contrasts the characters and the horror elements of the story.
