The Rogue One prequel series focused on the adventures of Rebel operative Cassian Andor is continuing to take shape and there is news that two new cast members have been announced.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, actors Genevieve O’Reilly and Denise Gough have joined the cast of the upcoming series which will see the return of Diego Luna as Rebel Intelligence officer Cassian Andor and Alan Tudyk as his droid companion K2SO.

Genevieve O’Reilly is no stranger to the Star Wars universe. Known for her roles in films like The Matrix Reloaded and The Young Victoria as well as series like Spooks and Episodes. O’Reilly is known to Star Wars fans for the role of Rebel leader Mon Mothma in the Rogue One film. She will be reprising the role of Mon Mothma for the upcoming series.

Denise Gough is known for her roles in films like Robin Hood and series like Stella. She also voices Yennefer in the Witcher series of games and won an Olivier Award for her performance in the revival of Angels in America. Her role in the upcoming series is unknown.

Tony Gilroy, who co-wrote the Rogue One film, will serve as showrunner and writer on the series and will direct the pilot episode.
