The Rundown: Honor is leaving the life of an assassin behind. She and her family are packing up their lives and moving away and the fact that neither Leviathan nor Talia Al Ghul have come after them yet is worrying the Silencer more than anything else.

In a bid to get ahead of whatever Talia has planned for her, Honor heads to the MaulMart in order to hack their system. She’s looking for information about why the organization has gone dark and what that means for her and her family. After getting nothing but rumors, Honor has to turn to a dangerous colleague to get the answers she seeks. At the same time, Blake is dealing with the return of his wife and how he doesn’t trust that he’s getting the whole truth about it.

The Story: Dan Abnett does an amazing job of keeping the tension going in this series as Honor continues to straddle the line between her family and her profession. Tying her story into the larger Leviathan event was going to be a difficult needle to thread, but Abnett does it in a clever an interesting way. One that ties in another DC assassin as Honor and company are left in limbo. The dialogue is great and taking time to explore the situation from Blake’s point of view was a great addition that puts the focus squarely on the characters.

The Art: V Ken Marion not only makes all of the characters look amazing, but the backgrounds and action are filled with beautiful details that are visually stunning.
