The Rundown: Coffin and his crew discover the truth about the wolves, but it might already be too late.

Coffin and his men have captured two of the beasts unaware that the commander has plans to steal their ship and flee the island to the objection of one of his men. When one of the soldiers takes a young woman to see the bound creatures, he is shocked to discover that they have not only escaped, but are on the rampage throughout the fort.

Coffin and his team track and fight the wolves, but they disappear. After confronting the commander, they learn that he is not only attempting to steal their ship, but they are fighting werewolves when one of them turns. To make matters worse, there are more werewolves in the fort and even the nuns are not safe.

The Story: Kelly, Jane and Carey deliver a thrilling story throughout this issue. There is great action throughout and I love the horror elements. There is a great sense of immediacy and tension throughout the story and everything culminates in revelations that not only enhance the story, but also add to the suspense and terror. I love a great werewolf story and this one ends on a fantastic cliffhanger that makes me excited to see what happens next.

The Art: Yapur delivers fantastic art throughout the issue. I love the visceral visuals of the horror moments and how brilliantly detailed every page and panel is.
