The Rundown: Sam Wilson fights alone against the Masters of Evil.

Trapped on the Impossible City alone, Captain America becomes fused with a portion of the city’s power in the form of a new suit that will allow him to traverse the city and give him information about a way to bring in another ally. Unfortunately, it will require him to reveal himself to the Mad Thinker and Dreadknight.

After using his reveal as a distraction for another plan, Sam leads Dreadknight on a dangerous chase throughout the city before taking him down. A plan that will draw the attention of Mr. Hyde who decides to take out the Avenger on his own.

The Story: MacKay crafts a thrilling, action-packed story in this issue. There are some good moments of tension in the story and I like the moments between Sam and the suit. The story does have some interesting moments that showcase how clever Sam can be as a tactician and those I appreciated.

The Art: Broccardo delivers some great looking art throughout the issue. There is a wonderful sense of scale in the art great details on the characters and environments.
