Official Description -The Batch’s supply run goes awry.

After The Batch decide to lay low on an uninhabited planet, they realize their supplies have been deleted. They also discover that their ship’s signature has been placed on the Imperial watch list. In order to restock their necessities and render their ship undetectable, The Batch must instead land on the inhabited moon of Pantora.

Upon arrival, they quickly discover that they must learn to adapt to a life unaided by the power and capital of the fallen Republic. The team splits up in order to handle various concerns. And each group faces a different challenge. Once a bounty hunter becomes aware of their presence, one team member’s life is placed in grave danger. The Batch must then decide how to proceed.

I really love how this series shows the change that happens during the rise of the Galactic Empire. And what impact that has on the character’s lives. Prior to now, the Batch has lived unburdened by want. And all though their lives were constantly in danger from war, they never worried about money, food, or weaponry. Watching them adjust to their new normal is certainly interesting.

Omega’s role in the show becomes vital in these moments. And it becomes clear, that her perspective does more than bring a youthful element to an otherwise adult oriented storyline. In this particular episode, her innocence forwards the idea that survival sometimes involves doing things that you believe are wrong. This sentiment is juxtaposed by the actions of the adult members of The Batch, who show less concern over their actions.

Overall, I found this to be an exciting episode filled with lots of action. There was also a surprising cameo from the Star Wars universe that is sure to delight the audience. The interconnectivity of the universe grows with each additional Star Wars series, and I for one, am here for it.
