The Rundown: Conan finds himself back in his own time, but a relentless warrior stalks him and his allies.

Conan has returned home finally and he is not alone. His fellow Savage Avengers have returned with him and he finds himself in the heat of battle with Anti-Venom and Dagger at his side. At the same time, Cloak and Elektra find themselves facing off against an ancient and deadly creature while Black Knight and Weapon H land themselves in another fight.

With the warriors finding themselves captured or on the run, none of them realizes that Deathlok is stalking their steps and preparing to end his target Conan the Barbarian. Once all of the warriors are reunited, things get more dangerous as Deathlok has no intention of letting the Cimmerian live another day.

The Story: Pepose crafts an entertaining and thrilling story in this issue. The characters are interesting and their interactions are intriguing to see. I like the unrelenting nature of the Deathlok in the story and am intrigued by its presence as well as its mission. The story has some thrilling and entertaining action beats throughout and I am interested in seeing where the story goes next.

The Art: Magno delivers some beautifully dark and detailed art throughout the issue. The action looks amazing and the visuals capture the thrills and tension of the story brilliantly.
