The Rundown: Weaver finds himself on the other side as his participation in this new case puts his family at risk.

Weaver has touched the item he and Harold have tracked across the desert and Weaver finds himself on the other side with the strange item and even stranger creatures as he realizes he can’t get back. Harold finds himself in a firefight with Hamm’s men as Hamm tells him more about the egg and why he wants it.
As Weaver touches the egg and connects with it, he begins to get visions from the present and future. Visions that show his daughter Theresa in danger. As he returns to the real world, he and Harold get a call from Hamm and the agents discover Theresa has been taken.
The Story: Lemire delivers a thrilling, entertaining story in this issue. I continue to be impressed with the world of this story and this issue has some great moments of suspense throughout as it ties this story from the past to the events of the present in an interesting way through Weaver. I really liked the action throughout the story and how the mystery continues to grow and evolve as the series progresses.
The Art: Walta delivers beautiful art throughout the issue. The visuals give the reader a wonderful sense of space, time and the visual transition between the two worlds.
