Actor/Director Kenneth Branagh is taking on another work of classic literature with his next film.

Branagh will star as classic literary detective Hercule Poirot in an adaptation of Agatha Christie’s classic mystery novel Murder on the Orient Express. The book has been adapted before both for the screen starring Sean Connery and on television. This adaptation, directed by Branagh has an all-star cast attached.

The cast includes Dame Judi Dench (Skyfall), Olivia Colman (The Lobster), Josh Gad (Beauty and the Beast), Willem Dafoe (Justice League), Daisy Ridley (Star Wars: The Last Jedi), Sergei Polunin (Peter and the Wolf), Michelle Pfeiffer (The Wizard of Lies), Derek Jacobi (Vicious), Kenneth Branagh (Thor), Leslie Odom Jr. (Hamilton), Penelope Cruz (Zoolander 2) and Johnny Depp (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales).
