The Rundown: The investigation into the reformed multiverse reveals some strange inconsistencies.

Cameron pays a visit to the Hall of Justice on Earth 0 and finds herself with both Superman and Batman. After grilling the heroes, they rush off to combat a threat leaving her with more questions then answers. At the same time, President Superman and Thomas Wayne attempt to track the circumstances that brought him to the attention of the Totality when they discover that not everyone brought back when the multiverse reformed came back as themselves.

The mystery of the missing heroes continues as Terrific and the team have to explain to Obsidian who teams up with his father to search for his missing sister. Roy tests the powers of his new Black Lantern ring and discovers its connection to the evil behind the scenes and Cameron’s meeting with another hero results in destruction.

The Story: Williamson is crafting a great mystery in this series with a familiar face at the center of it. There is something to be said about the menace of this particular villain and how he can instill such fear in characters that they would be willing to risk everything to escape him. The plot is great and the way each part of the story unfolds is a brilliant way of painting a big and expansive picture. This issue did a brilliant job of getting me invested and keeping me engaged so that I want to see what happens next.

The Art: The artist do great work within the pages of this issue. There isn’t anything too dynamic, but every panel does a great job of servicing the plot and the characters.
