MANIAC tells the stories of Annie Landsberg (Emma Stone) and Owen Milgrim (Jonah Hill), two strangers drawn to the late stages of a mysterious pharmaceutical trial. Things do not go as planned.

The trailer is surreal with Hill and Stone navigating multiple realities as multiple characters while dealing with the reality of their own lives. It looks visually stunning with some amazing production design and direction by Cary Joji Fukunaga. The series looks both thoughtful and trippy.
