The Rundown: The team is separated on Earth in different moments in time and must find a way to survive and find each other.

After being shunted through time by Doom, the Fantastic Four find themselves in different time periods looking for an object that they know can connect them. Unfortunately, Sue finds herself in a distant future where not only does the item no longer exist, but she could be the last surviving life form on the planet. Not seeing any sign of Sue, Reed decides to put his big brain to work trying to find a way to connect with her.

Sue discovers what her husband left behind in time for her and uses that knowledge to find a device to help retrieve them all and return them to the moment after Doom sent them away. After taking on Doom again, the discover something shocking. The Fantastic Four discover that Doom has been resetting the same moment multiple times and he is about to do it again.

The Story: North delivers a fun, entertaining and thrilling story in this issue. The story does a great job of showcasing how capable and inventive these characters are and I love the dynamic between Sue and Reed and how they all collectively trust in her capabilities and intellect. I really enjoyed the twist with Doom towards the end of the issue and it leaves the story with a cliffhanger that makes me excited to see what happens next.

The Art: I’ve always been a huge fan of Ramos’ art and this issue features some great visual moments for the characters as well as awesome and intense action.
