Revival tells the story of Jamie Morton and Reverend Charles Jacobs. A tragedy connects the two when Jamie is a child and years later, the pair reunite. With Jamie addicted to heroin and Jacobs obsessed with communicating with his dead wife and child, the pair will connect to an ancient horror and learn a new meaning of the word Revival.

Flanagan has had success with the Netflix series The Haunting of Hill House and directed the Netflix adaptation of King’s Gerald’s Game before taking on the sequel to The Shining, Doctor Sleep, on the big screen.
