On an earnings call today, Disney chief Bob Iger announced and confirmed new content coming to Disney’s upcoming streaming service Disney Plus.

After confirming that 2018 was one of the best earnings year’s on record for the company, Iger told investors that the upcoming streaming service will feature a Rogue One: A Star Wars Story prequel series focused on the adventures of Rebel Cassian Andor played by Diego Luna.

Luna is expected to reprise his role for the series.

While there are no plot details or a premiere date available, the news is pretty interesting and hopefully opens the door to Alan Tudyk retuning as reformed Imperial droid K2SO.
