The Rundown: Col and Joy fight to return Art to the void.

With the power of the artificial black hole growing, Col and Joy are being chased by the void creatures that killed the rest of the team along with Art who is desperate to return to the void. With time running out, the pair bring her as close as they can with the creatures right behind them.
As Col determines they can’t get closer without being pulled in, Joy decides to bring Art in herself against his wishes and she discovers something terrifying and beautiful within the void. Something that will change the trajectory of her life forever.
The Story: Kaplan brings this story to a thrilling, emotional conclusion. The story is beautifully layered and the dynamic with characters you care about and stakes that keep the story moving and the reader invested. I really enjoyed the action in the issue as well as the surprises at the end.
The Art: Shehan delivers beautifully detailed and compelling art throughout the issue. The final pages as Joy and Art enter the void are brilliantly evocative and emotional.
