20th Century Studios released a new trailer for the upcoming action comedy Free Guy starring Deadpool 2’s Ryan Reynolds and Killing Eve’s Jodie Comer.

Reynolds plays Guy, an average man in the world who discovers that he is a non player character in a massive multiplayer online game. After discovering the truth about his world, he sets out to make changes to it and his life while the company who developed the game works to find a way to get rid of him and his influence.

Free Guy stars Ryan Reynolds, Jodie Comer, Joe Keery, Lil Rel Howery, Utkarsh Ambudkar and Taika Waititi,

Directed by Shawn Levy from a story by Matt Lieberman and a screenplay by Lieberman and Zak Penn. Produced by Ryan Reynolds, Shawn Levy, Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter and Adam Kolbrenner with Mary McLaglen, Josh McLaglen, George Dewey, Dan Levine and Michael Riley McGrath serving as executive producers.

Free Guy opens in U.S. theaters December 11, 2020.
