The Rundown: With time running out, the survivors come up with a dangerous plan of survival.

After learning that the military is set to nuke the city to destroy the creature, Sara and the others look for a way to destroy it from the inside. When they break up into small teams, Dev and his partner discover that they aren’t the only things on the ship as they come upon a nest in the hold. At the same time Sara and Charles make their way out of the ship and find a vein they attempt to cut through to get to the creature’s heart.
With time running out and the military on approach, Sara and Charles are attacked by more creatures as the eggs begin to hatch causing one of the survivors to make a daring sacrifice to save the others. A sacrifice that might give them the time they need to bring this monster down from the inside.
The Story: Sputore brings this story to an epic, cinematic and exciting conclusion. There are thrills throughout the story and some awesome action as the tension continues to mount for the characters and their dilemma. The story takes some huge swings towards the end and creates a circumstance where I would love to see this world and these characters revisited in some way.
The Art: Engle delivers some great art throughout the issue. I love the visual style of the action and the imagery perfectly captures the thrills and tension of the story.
