The Rundown: Cora learns more about her son before she is given a dark and terrible decision to make.

Cora learns more about her son Jordy as she confronts him about keeping her dead mother a walking corpse in their house. After she leaves, she finds herself in the presence of the mysterious man who came to her house and he takes her to the bones of a church where he tells her a dark story about what her son is and what his presence means for the world.
As he reveals some even darker truths to her, he gives her something that might bring about the end of her torment and that of everyone in Enoch. Something she will have to consider right after she tries to free her mother from her own son’s torment.
The Story: Jude Ellison S. Doyle continues to craft a dark, powerful and compelling story in this issue. I love the dark drama throughout the story as Cora is forced to deal with the reality of her life and especially her son. There is a wonderful buildup of suspense throughout the story and I love the revelations made to Cora as well as the tension as she makes her decision.
The Art: Estherren delivers stunning imagery throughout the issue. I love the visual world of this story and how it balances all of the dark and sometimes terrifying imagery.
