Penguin is in custody and Bullock has his hands full when every screen in the city starts projecting the Riddler. With a new game for Batman to play, Riddler has cut off all communications across the city and wants Batman to play him to stop the bombs he has rigged everywhere from going off. As Batman escorts Deathstroke to his underground train fighting off zombie cops, Harley and Catwoman have their hands full looking for the secret lair of the Underbroker.

After making their way into the lair, they discover that they are not the only ones seeking the criminal mastermind and Harley gets her first meet and greet with Joker’s new partner Punchline. As Batman closes in on Riddler’s location, he will discover that the Designer’s next move will bring him close to home.

The Story: This issue takes some beautifully plotted twists and turns and keeps the adrenaline on high from start to finish. James Tynion IV takes the characters on some intense and action packed journeys whose outcomes no one can predict. What makes this story work is the intensity of the dialogue and even the moments of humor work thematically. A great story with an awesome twist ending.

The Art: Guillem March delivers some gorgeous visuals throughout this issue. There is a beautiful blend of visceral action and glorious details throughout from the characters to the backgrounds.
