The Rundown: Joe and Jenny have one last shot at stopping a dangerous ritual and rescuing Jenny’ sister.

Trapped in a world between worlds, Joe and Jenny find themselves being chased by dangerous monsters as Jenny tries to find a way to bring them back home. Knowing that the device she carries can send them to any world and any time, she needs time to figure out how to use it as the creatures continues to descend on the pair.
At the same time, Jenny’s sister Izzie is being prepared for sacrifice by a grieving mother who wants her family back from another time. As she continues the ritual to draw in a dangerous entity, Joe and Jenny return. Unfortunately, their emergence opens up all portals and as they fight to rescue Izzie, someone will have to make the ultimate sacrifice to close the rifts for good.
The Story: Bunn crafts a dark, thrilling and entertaining story in this issue. There are some wonderful twists and turns throughout the issue and I love the world building of this series. There is a great mixture of horror and adventure throughout the issue and the story builds to a fantastic climax and a cliffhanger that makes me interested in seeing more stories from this world.
The Art: Mutti delivers beautifully immersive and visually compelling art throughout the issue.
