Memoirium, the retro soulslike set in a chaotic and crumbling realm of dreams developed by GoldenGratus and published by Outersloth, vanquishes ethereal creatures on PC via Steam today.

“In Memoirium, everything is but sand and stars…”

Wander a world of merging fantasies as a perplexed Dreamer. Adapt to otherworldly rules and logic in an attempt to discover self-purpose while fending off aggressive phantasms. Defy the wrath of a mysterious overlord and escape the strange subconscious landscape.

Explore converging dreams, where 21st-century classrooms neighbor technicolor coral reefs, castles made of wax, and far-future alien spaceships. Brave an interconnected world with multiple paths and plunder weapons, spells, and stat-altering keepsakes and mementos.

Wield powers of the ever-changing Dreamscape to battle liminal monstrosities and corrupted Dreamers tarnished by the lands. Brandish an arsenal of imaginative armaments, from swords to guitars or even energy blades, in deliberate combat, parrying, dodging, and slicing away at the wicked. Cast lullaby incantations to destroy foes or augment abilities. Earn masks and armors to enhance combat abilities for rich playstyle customization.

Between bouts with the nightmares, breathe easy in a peculiar safe room. Decorate it with mementos from tough battles and random oddities discovered along the journey, like computers, chairs, or TVs. Take a moment to reflect and play around with a cute playful kitten before picking up the blade to return to the madness that awaits.

“It can be difficult to find common threads in our chaotic world, but one universal truth is that we all dream,” said Paolo Villanueva. “Memoirum explores nostalgia, imagination, and self-reflection through the lens of dreams, and I hope everyone enjoys their stay.”

Memoirium is now available on PC via Steam for $14.99/€13.12. For more information, visit the official website, follow GoldenGratus on Bluesky and X, search #Memoirium on social media, and join the community on Discord.
