The Rundown: Dinah continues her investigation and it leads down a deep and dangerous rabbit hole.

Dinah tries to find out more about the dead kid that she found in Oliver’s apartment and her investigation might put a target on the back of anyone that she talks to. After meeting with an old friend of her father’s Dinah finds herself in the middle of another failed attempt to take down the Green Arrow. An attempt that will not leave more death and destruction but also show a surprising reaction from the population.

Dinah decides to pay Roy Harper another visit to get some answers and he reveals his relationship to Oliver in the final months before he supposedly died. A relationship that will lead the pair to a secret underground laboratory where Roy reveals that her employer has been working on something dangerous. Something that has awakened and is coming after Dinah.

The Story: Pichetshote crafts a dark, thrilling and entertaining story in this issue. I continue to love that the story is being told from Dinah’s point of view and how it changes the characters, making them more compelling and engaging. I love that there is a shift in the city as well with the people and their perception of Green Arrow. I continue to love that we still do not know who the Green Arrow is and that the story continues to tease at that mystery and make it more intriguing. I cannot wait to see where this story goes next after that great cliffhanger ending.

The Art: Albuquerque creates beautifully detailed and visually exciting art throughout the issue. Everything from the characters to the action enhances the dark tone of the story.
