The Rundown: Robin must team with Warlord to fight off enhanced enemies as well as Batman and Superman.

Batman and Superman are still missing and Robin is forced to team up with Warlord and his allies as they are attacked by superhuman enhanced monsters being controlled by Tyrant Rex who also has control of Superman and Batman.
Morgan and his forces discover what Rex is planning and begin the next part of their plan to stop him with Robin joining the team to find a wat to rescue his friends. As they battle throughout the alien complex, Robin will have to do something bold and dangerous to free his friends so they can stop Tyrant Rex once and for all.
The Story: The worse thing I can say about this conclusion is that it took too long to come. Waid doesn’t craft a bad story here, just one that didn’t need to go as long as it did. Nothing in this particular issue altered or enhanced anything that came before it and it felt rushed in many places. I came away from this storyline wondering if any element of it was necessary beyond playing with this particular toy in the toybox and the ending doesn’t change that. I’m hoping the next arc is better.
The Art: Gutierres creates some beautiful art in the issue, especially with the characters. Unfortunately, the enemies looked bland and generic. The main characters look great, but everything else fell flat visually.
