The Rundown: The Birds enter a dangerous virtual reality game to find answers about their enemy.

Canary and Cassandra infiltrate the server of the game being used by the Shadow Army and after they escape, Barbara gathers the group to map out the next part of their plan. As they consider the end of the game as the primary target, Cassandra thinks there might be value in trying to determine what the creator of the game could be seeking in her virtual creation of Gotham.
A small team infiltrates the game to follow the clues and determine what the maker is looking for as Barda and Canary find themselves facing off against the Shadow Army in the virtual world. As they barely escape with their lives, Cassandra possibly discovers the key to what the creator of the game is secretly looking for.
The Story: Thompson crafts a fun, entertaining story in this issue. I continue to love the humor and camaraderie among this group. I love the action of the Barda/Canary fight and the story creates some interesting moments that kept me engaged along with the Birds in trying to solve the mystery at the heart of this game.
The Art: Basri and Cifuentes deliver some solid, visually engaging and fun art throughout the issue.
